ORDERS AND DELIVERIES Once your items have been dispatched you will receive email details of tracking or consignment numbers to your email (Paypal) address so you can track your item online as it makes your way to you. Orders can be shipped to your home, work or any other physical address you specify (orders can not be shipped to PO Boxes). Our products/livestock are packed securely in plastic bags and boxes to ensure your product arrive in the best condition
Orders must be received no later than 10am Monday (Qld time) for same week delivery. We send livestock orders on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday to the residential address nominated. We use Toll , the drivers are instructed to leave at your premises “without signature”, if you are not home. So consider an alternate address (workplace) if you are not going to be home and want to receive your order in person.
**Public Holidays may affect clearance of funds and postage deliveries, so we may delay sending until the following week**
CLAIMS All goods should be checked upon arrival. Any discrepancies should be notified to us within 24 hours of receipt via email otherwise claims may not be recognized. No claim will be investigated unless the claim is supported by the relevant invoice number . No goods shall be accepted for return. Damaged or unsatisfactory goods will be replaced with the original goods ordered or to the same value with another stock item (optional). Claims MUST be accompanied with accurate photos of each fish in the original bags and a shot of all dead fish together out of the bags. (If applicable) Freight/Postage costs are Non-Refundable & are not able to be Claimed.
FISH MEASUREMENT AND SIZING Please note : Pictures are for reference only Please be aware that corresponding fish size measurements refer to TL (Total Length). TL is defined by measurement from the tip of the snout, horizontally along the midline to the tip of the caudal fin.
