Postage and packaging is a flat rate of $14.50 for all products under 25kg
Note: If you are purchasing Benibachi / Up Aqua Substrates outside Qld- you will be invoiced with a different rate.

Orders can be shipped to your home, work or any other physical address you specify (orders can not be shipped to PO Boxes).
Our products are packed securely in plastic bags and foam boxes to ensure your plants arrive in the best condition
Due to our location postage time can vary from 2-3 business days as we are outside the Express Post Zone.
All plants are shipped on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings , once funds are cleared to avoid plants sitting in transit across the weekends.
(Public Holidays may affect clearance of funds and postage deliveries, so we may delay sending until the following week)
***CUT-OFF TIME 11am Monday .. If you want your products early , same week delivery please make sure that payments are cleared by Monday morning (11am)

Terms and conditions
Once your items have been dispatched you will receive email details of tracking or consignment numbers so you can track your item online as it makes your way to you. Please note that through Australia Post, the first location of dispatch is not recorded so you may not be able to see your item details until the second day of travel. We will not take responsibility for items that have not been collected by the customer. Please ensure your plants are collected in a timely manner to ensure best quality.
