Hygrophila balsamica ( one stem)
In terms of aquascaping, H. balsamica can be used in several ways,One is to remove all new side shoots and give each stem room to grow straight up, as it will when not crowded.Another option is to remove the crown of a mature stem and allow the side shoots to form a large, billowy bush, which can be very attractive as a focal point.
Finally, it can be used as an effective 'green fill' behind dark green plants like Microsorum species.Hygrophila balsamica can grow quiet large and needs a lot of room. Easy plant to grow like other Hygrophila spp.

5* Ammannia gracilis
This large, colorful stem plant, when under good growing conditions, grows rapidly upwards toward the water's surface. Pruning should be done by topping and replanting the more robust top portions. Propagation should be done by removing side shoots from the main stem plant with a pair of scissors.
A. gracilis, due to its eventually large size, is most suited to the midground to background of aquariums larger than 20g (76L) where it can add a brilliant splash of color to any layout. It is most commonly used by Dutch aquarists, who often use it for contrast to the typically green streets.

Anubia nana "Petite"
It grows very slowly, and can do well in both low or high lights. It is most
decorative when attached to stones or roots, and like other Anubias should be
attached with fishing line until it gains a hold. It is an ideal choice for the
small or nano tanks due to its small size and ease of maintenance. The "True" Anubia nana Petite
has very tiny leaves, size of small fingernail.

*5 Bacopa sp Japan
Unlike all other known species of Bacopa, which grow in a strictly vertical fashion, this species grows in a mostly prostrate manner. It will gradually gain more height than might be desired, but with selective pruning, can easily be made into a contoured mid ground bush. Its small size and vibrant, lime green color make it especially suited for such a role.

5* Bacopa salzmannii
It is perhaps most similar to the more familiar B. caroliniana, and may be cultivated under the same conditions. Unlike the former plant, it remains a bit smaller and the central vein of each leaf is often distinctly reddish. Under very strong light and with sufficient trace elements, the reddish line may not be as apparent; under low light and with few micronutrients, the entire plant may remain green. The addition of carbon dioxide is certainly helpful, but not required.

Eleocharis Belem in 5cm pot
Eleocharis Belem is a new addition to the Hairgrass family.
This very low-growing species forms many runners close to the parent plant, forming a very dense growth in the aquarium.
Unlike the regular hairgrass, it spreads itself and curls downwards towards the substrate, creating a unique foreground.Very similar to Eleocharis Japan but is slightly shorter and leaves are lighter in colour. Place 3-5 stalks together about 2-3 cm apart when planting and you will be rewarded with a lush lawn when they spread. It is an excellent choice for foreground planting.

However, Elatine gratioloides can also be used as a miground plant in low light enviroment.

Hemianthus callitricoides *note* Portion SMALL size of 50 cent coin
Hemianthus callitrichoides "Cuba", commonly referred to as HC, is one of the smallest aquarium plants available to a hobbyist.
It creeps naturally and will cover the bottom of an aquarium, forming a thick carpet over time. It is generally  undemanding and makes an excellent foreground plant, expecially for small or  nano tanks, where it will do fine even without CO2 injection. Given CO2  supplementation, growth is accelerated and a lawn of bubbling HC is simply breathtaking

10*Helanthium tennellum" micro"
Helanthium tenellum, known as the pygmy chain  sword,
has a very wide distribution from the northern United States to South  America. Two quite distinct varieties are known in the aquarium trade. The most  commonly sold form has narrow dark green leaves only 1-2 mm wide. The most  recently formed leaves can have a dark red coloration under good lighting and  nutrition. A much less common variety has light green leaves that are much  shorter and broader, being up to 4 mm wide at the base, tapering from the base  to the tip. In the broad-leaved variety, there is no tendency to produce red  pigmentation. Plants of the second variety, if uncrowded, stay very low to the  substrate, whereas the first variety produces upright leaves, even if  uncrowded.* H. tenellum spreads rapidly by runners, forming a  dense turf in good light and a much more sparse growth in shaded areas. While  growth is faster with CO2 fertilization, the  plant grows well in tanks where the fish provide the only CO2. Frequent  pruning is necessary to keep it from invading every part of the tank. Emersed,  the narrow leaved variety produces a very delicate, small plant with tiny  flowers, whereas the broad leaved variety produces a considerably larger, more  robust plant.

5* Hyptis lorentziana
It needs strong lighting, the addition of  co2 and a well rounded fertilization routine to show the strong purple colour of Hyptis lorentziana.  Limiting nitrate levels to around ten to fifteen part per million will help accomplish that. Additionally, a phosphate level of 1-2ppm should be maintained. It has a medium to fast growth rate under those parameters. A new addition to the hobby, looks fantastic as a focal point or a background

It has been in the hobby for a while now but it is still considered as rare due to the availability of this plant. With the right condition the narrow  leaves of Ludwigia Pantanal  turns pink/orange forming a very compact growth. It does best in soft water and
an acidic-based substrate. This stem plant is demanding and requires high lights and high CO2 levels. It also requires a good in take of nitrate, otherwise growth will be stunted. Both macro and micro nutrients should be added to the water as well
